Feel Better: A Complete "How To" 8-Step Process

Are you ready to feel better? This course teaches you how. Using a combination of cognitive science, evolutionary biology and life coaching tools you will learn what really causes your feelings and how you can get control to feel better. Think about it, from a young age you have been told to hide your emotions and "behave". No one tells you when to stop. We are literally taught to NOT feel our emotions, so of course we don't know how to feel better, most of the time we don't even know how to feel. This week long course teaches you how to feel, and then how to feel better.
This course is not about feeling happy 100% of the time, because that is not the human experience. Sometimes we want to feel sad, for example. But that is the point - you make the choice.


This workshop is for you if... you want to control emotional stress and negativity and get more from your life. 

You will learn how to reprogram your brain so it is working for you, not against you, and along the way feel better! This is not a "woo-woo" style of coaching. It is based on science. It is powerful work to 100% empower you to lead your life.
Not only will you learn how to feel better during the week-long course, you will also leave with workbooks and tools you can use anytime.

Vikki graduated from London School of Economics and worked for finance and tech companies across London and NYC, before turning her personal development hobby into a successful career. 


Her style of coaching is tough and successful, it is a no BS approach. It is a blend of neuroscience, evolutionary biology, life coaching tools and tough love that teach people to understand their brain, teach tools on how to rewire their thinking to get results - and empower people to actually use the tools and get it done!
